1. Install설치
Badarsup is a native macOS app for Apple Silicon (M1/M2/M3). Free beta. Badarsup는 Apple Silicon(M1/M2/M3) 전용 macOS 네이티브 앱입니다. 무료 베타.

Open the DMGDMG 열기
Drag Badarsup.app into the Applications folder. Badarsup.app을 Applications 폴더로 드래그.
Launch from ApplicationsApplications에서 실행
Double-click Badarsup, or use ⌘Space → type "Badarsup". Badarsup 더블클릭, 또는 ⌘Space → "Badarsup" 입력.
First launch may show "Badarsup cannot be opened". Right-click the app → Open → Open to bypass Gatekeeper for unsigned beta builds. 첫 실행 시 "Badarsup을 열 수 없음" 경고가 나올 수 있습니다. 우클릭 → 열기 → 열기로 Gatekeeper 우회 (서명되지 않은 베타 빌드).
This beta is compiled for ARM64 (Apple M1/M2/M3). Intel Macs are not supported yet. 이 베타는 ARM64(M1/M2/M3) 전용입니다. Intel Mac은 아직 지원하지 않습니다.
2. First-run Setup첫 실행 설정
On first launch, Badarsup shows a 3-field welcome wizard: 처음 실행하면 3개 항목의 환영 위저드가 나타납니다:

Claude authentication statusClaude 인증 상태
Badarsup auto-detects whether Claude Code CLI is installed and authenticated. See Claude Authentication below for setup. Badarsup는 Claude Code CLI의 설치 및 인증 여부를 자동으로 감지합니다. 설정 방법은 아래 Claude 인증 참고.
Optional folder scan폴더 스캔 (선택)
Comma-separated list of folders to scan. Each subfolder becomes a project. 쉼표로 구분된 폴더 목록. 각 하위 폴더가 프로젝트가 됩니다.
~/Documents/Projects, ~/Desktop/my-work, ~/codeLeave empty to start with a clean timeline and add projects manually. 빈 칸으로 두면 깨끗한 타임라인으로 시작, 수동으로 프로젝트 추가.
Everything is stored in SQLite at ~/Library/Application Support/seedcast-youtube/. No cloud, no account, no analytics.

3. Claude AuthenticationClaude 인증
Badarsup uses Claude for AI features (script generation, diagrams, slides). There are two ways to authenticate — both fully supported. Badarsup는 AI 기능(스크립트 생성, 다이어그램, 슬라이드)에 Claude를 사용합니다. 두 가지 인증 방식을 모두 지원합니다.
Option A — Claude Pro/Max subscription 옵션 A — Claude Pro/Max 구독 RECOMMENDED추천
Already paying for Claude Pro or Max? No extra cost. Badarsup will use your subscription via the Claude Code CLI. 이미 Claude Pro 또는 Max 구독 중이라면 추가 비용 없음. Claude Code CLI를 통해 구독을 그대로 사용합니다.

Option B — API key 옵션 B — API 키
Prefer pay-per-token? Get a key from console.anthropic.com and set the env var: 토큰당 지불을 선호하신다면 console.anthropic.com에서 키를 발급받고 환경 변수 설정:

Add this line to your ~/.zshrc or ~/.bash_profile so it persists. Restart Badarsup.
위 줄을 ~/.zshrc 또는 ~/.bash_profile에 추가하여 영구 적용. Badarsup 재시작.
Click the Claude button in the top-right of the Forest view. It shows your current auth mode and provides setup instructions if not authenticated. Forest 뷰 우상단의 Claude 버튼을 클릭하면 현재 인증 모드를 보여주고, 미인증 시 설정 가이드를 제공합니다.
4. The Forest — Your Life Horizon바다숲 — 당신의 인생 지평선
The Forest view is Badarsup's home screen. A single horizontal timeline from your birth date to age 100, with every project as a glowing dot. Forest 뷰는 Badarsup의 홈 화면입니다. 태어난 날부터 100세까지의 수평 타임라인, 모든 프로젝트가 빛나는 점으로.

- Cmd + scroll or또는 trackpad pinch트랙패드 핀치 — zoom to cursor커서 위치로 줌

5. Projects & Types프로젝트 & 타입
Every dot on the horizon is a project. Each project has a type that determines its icon and color. 지평선의 모든 점은 프로젝트. 각 프로젝트는 타입에 따라 아이콘과 색상이 결정됩니다.

Creating a project프로젝트 만들기
Click the + New button in the top-right. Enter a title, optionally pick a template (YouTube, Lecture, Presentation, Blank) and a parent project. 우상단 + New 버튼 클릭. 제목 입력, 템플릿(YouTube, Lecture, Presentation, Blank)과 부모 프로젝트 선택(선택사항).
Filtering by type타입별 필터링
Each type has a filter button in the header. Click to toggle on/off. Your selection is saved. 각 타입마다 헤더에 필터 버튼이 있습니다. 클릭하여 on/off 토글. 선택은 저장됩니다.
6. Roots & Sub-projects루트 & 하위 프로젝트
A book has chapters. A YouTube channel has videos. A SaaS has features. Badarsup lets you model this hierarchy. 책에는 챕터, 채널에는 영상, SaaS에는 기능이 있습니다. Badarsup는 이런 계층 구조를 모델링합니다.
Creating a sub-project하위 프로젝트 만들기
- Open a project (click its dot or card)프로젝트 열기 (점 또는 카드 클릭)
- In the timeline, right-click any main card타임라인에서 메인 카드 우클릭

Visual distinction시각적 구분
Sub-projects render as smaller dots on the horizon. Toggle Roots button to hide them and see only top-level projects. 하위 프로젝트는 지평선에 더 작은 점으로 표시됩니다. Roots 버튼으로 숨겨 최상위 프로젝트만 볼 수 있습니다.
7. Editing Dates날짜 수정
A project's position on the horizon is determined by its horizon_date. To change it:
지평선에서 프로젝트의 위치는 horizon_date에 따라 결정됩니다. 변경 방법:
- Right-click any dot or card in the Forest viewForest 뷰에서 점 또는 카드 우클릭
- A quick-edit popover appears with date picker, type dropdown, archive/cancel/save날짜 선택기, 타입 드롭다운, 아카이브/취소/저장 버튼이 있는 팝오버
- Change the date — the dot moves to the new position instantly날짜 변경 — 점이 새 위치로 즉시 이동
Auto-synced projects get the folder creation date as horizon_date. For old artwork moved into a new folder recently, you'll want to set the actual creation year.

8. Cards & Scripts카드 & 스크립트
Click any project dot to open it. You land in the Cast view — a horizontal card timeline representing your project's structure. 프로젝트 점을 클릭하면 Cast 뷰로 진입 — 프로젝트 구조를 나타내는 수평 카드 타임라인.
Card anatomy카드 구성
- Title — short label짧은 레이블
- Script — full text for narration or body내레이션 또는 본문 전체 텍스트

Click + Card in the bottom toolbar, or press A. Cards snap to the timeline with smart spacing. 하단 툴바의 + Card 클릭 또는 A. 카드가 타임라인에 스마트 간격으로 배치됩니다.
Editing a card카드 편집
Double-click any card or press E while selected. The edit modal has visual type picker, prompt area, script editor, and style reference. 카드 더블클릭 또는 선택 상태에서 E. 편집 모달에 비주얼 타입 선택, 프롬프트 영역, 스크립트 에디터, 스타일 레퍼런스.
9. Sketch Canvas스케치 캔버스
Badarsup has a built-in drawing canvas for quick sketches — used as visual references for AI generation, or as standalone card visuals. Badarsup에는 빠른 스케치를 위한 드로잉 캔버스가 내장 — AI 생성의 비주얼 레퍼런스 또는 독립적인 카드 비주얼로 사용.
Two ways to open두 가지 열기 방법
- Toolbar Sketch button (orange) — opens canvas, saves as a new card툴바 Sketch 버튼 (오렌지) — 캔버스 열고 새 카드로 저장

10. AI GenerationAI 생성
With Claude authenticated (see Section 3), the Generate button in the card edit dialog produces visuals based on your prompt. Claude 인증 완료 후 (섹션 3 참고), 카드 편집의 Generate 버튼이 프롬프트 기반 비주얼을 생성합니다.

Using a sketch as reference스케치를 레퍼런스로 사용
Draw a rough sketch in the Sketch canvas, save it to the card, then set visual type to Slide or Illustration. Your sketch is passed as a reference image. Sketch 캔버스에 러프 스케치를 그려 카드에 저장 후 비주얼 타입을 Slide 또는 Illustration으로 설정. 스케치가 레퍼런스 이미지로 전달됩니다.
11. Presenter Mode프레젠터 모드
Click Present in the Cast view toolbar to launch full-screen presenter. Cast 뷰 툴바의 Present 클릭으로 전체화면 프레젠터 실행.

Drawing overlay드로잉 오버레이
Press D during presentation to enable the drawing overlay. Same 6 colors + size + spread controls. Use it to annotate slides live during lectures. 프레젠테이션 중 D로 드로잉 오버레이 활성화. 동일한 6색 + 크기 + 스프레드 조작. 강의 중 슬라이드에 실시간 주석.
12. Auto-sync Folders폴더 자동 동기화
Point Badarsup at your project folders. On startup and when you click Sync, it scans each path and auto-registers new subfolders as projects. 프로젝트 폴더를 Badarsup에 지정. 시작 시와 Sync 클릭 시 각 경로를 스캔하여 새 하위 폴더를 프로젝트로 자동 등록.
Adding custom paths커스텀 경로 추가
On first run, you can enter comma-separated paths. Each path becomes a scan target, and its subfolders become projects. Subfolder creation date → horizon_date.
첫 실행 시 쉼표로 구분된 경로 입력. 각 경로가 스캔 대상이 되고 하위 폴더가 프로젝트가 됩니다. 하위 폴더 생성일 → horizon_date.
Sync skips any folder whose name matches an existing project (case-insensitive). Rename the DB entry or the folder if you want to re-register. Sync는 기존 프로젝트와 이름이 같은 폴더를 건너뜁니다 (대소문자 무관). 다시 등록하려면 DB 항목이나 폴더 이름을 변경하세요.

Is this free forever?평생 무료인가요?
The current beta is free. Post-beta pricing is TBD — likely a free tier with paid features for heavy users. 현재 베타는 무료. 베타 이후 가격은 미정 — 아마도 무료 기본 + 헤비 유저용 유료 기능.
Is my data uploaded anywhere?데이터가 어딘가에 업로드되나요?
No. All project data lives in a local SQLite file. The only network calls are to Claude (for AI features you trigger) and to optional third-party APIs you configure. 아니요. 모든 프로젝트 데이터는 로컬 SQLite 파일에 저장. 네트워크 호출은 Claude(당신이 트리거한 AI 기능) 및 설정한 선택적 서드파티 API에만.

Yes — see Section 3. Most AI features run through claude login, which uses your subscription with no extra cost.
